Eligibility: The referral program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and are interested in referring potential customers to 360Player's sports management software. To be eligible in Sweden referrers must be a legal entity.

Referral Link: Upon joining the referral program, members will receive a unique referral link. This link is to be shared with potential leads who may be interested in 360Player's sports management software.

Lead Submission: Leads must be submitted using the provided referral link or through the designated referral portal on the 360Player platform. It is the responsibility of the referrer to ensure that leads are properly submitted to be tracked in our CRM system.

Reward Criteria: Rewards or commissions will only be given to the referrer when a referred lead successfully signs up for a contract with 360Player and completes payment. Successful payment is defined as the completion of the initial payment required as per the terms of the contract.

Tracking: 360Player will track referrals using unique identifiers attached to each referral link. We reserve the right to determine the validity of referrals and the eligibility of referrers for rewards.

Reward Structure: The reward or commission structure may vary and will be communicated to referrers upon joining the program or through subsequent updates. Rewards may be in the form of monetary compensation, credits towards 360Player services, or other incentives as determined by 360Player.

Payment: Payments or rewards earned through the referral program will be processed according to the payment schedule determined by 360Player. Payment methods and terms will be communicated to referrers upon joining the program.

Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, false information submission, or spamming, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and may lead to further legal action.

Modification and Termination: 360Player reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to referrers through email or via the 360Player platform.

Agreement: By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in the forfeiture of rewards and termination from the program.
